Two great opportunities to help CRF.
First off, if you buy tickets to see The Barclays Playoffs in Jersey City 75% of the price goes to CRF.

Secondly, Christopher's son Matthew is taking part in the New York City Marathon and is raising funds for the foundation.

And you can always buy the "Go Forward" dog tags

Just bumping this up. Matthew is up to $445.
As someone with a spinal injury I can appreciate all of the work the foundation does.
Help if you can and if you can't just pass the link on. There's more than one way to "pay it forward".

Just want to add - if you can't donate; volunteer. Start a walk of your own, take up a collection at work or around your neighborhood. There are lots of ways to help. Volunteer to go to a local hospital; spend a few hours talking with people who have spinal cord injuries, and see the impact it has on their lives and the lives of their loved ones.
My partner and I are very active with several charities and what we tell people is this; just because you don't have the money to donate, doesn't mean you should do nothing. Absolutely "pay it forward" you can and will make a difference.
Thanks for the links Eris0303.
Peace

Thanks for the bump, nearthestage.
I'm forever sending links to friends about charity opportunities and I'm often told "I don't have any money". When faced with that I always ask them to simply pass the link on or post it on their facebook/myspace pages. Perhaps someone else will see it and decide to donate. Raising awareness is a big part of fundraising and if you share a link with a single person then you've done, at least, something. And, in my opinion, that's a lot preferable to simply ignoring it.
