Bill Clinton saying that political change in Iraq is a good thing? That the US was right in capturing Sadam? Can he be far from saying that the war was justified?

I believe former President Clinton did indeed support the war in Iraq. Senator Clinton voted for it.
It's hard to remember now, but President Clinton was far from the "Liberal" he is portrayed as: Welfare reform, a balanced budget, The Defense of Marriage Act. He was a centrist at best.
