Clothing for Katrina victims

Kohl's Department stores are collecting "gently used" clothes for the victims of the hurricane. Additionally, they are giving coupons for 15% discounts in their stores for every batch of clothing that is dropped off at their stores.

They'll be collecting until Wednesday the 14th.

As you enter the stores there will be bins set up for your dontations. Discount coupons will be distributed at that point.

Perfect timing! I just cleaned out my closet, I have tons of clothes to donate.

It's really nice to donate clothing to such a worthy cause--and then get a 15% discount coupon for purchases in the store. I'm planning to save my coupon for a day when Kohl's has the "Senior Citizen Day", which is another 15% off. I'll buy something I really need.

I am going to bring some old tshirts into Kohl's tomorrow. I will save my discount for some other time. Of course I am a long way from Senior citizen's discount!
