Coffee = usually a flavored grind with no sugar and a lot of fat-free creamer.
Tea - only herbal, most flavors but I particularly love Apple/cinnamon, with a touch of honey. no milk.

Cream and lots of sugar. If it isn't sweet enough, I get extremely nauseous.

I saw a girl I work with put 12 (TWELVE) packets of sugar into a cup of coffee yesterday (and she has an ass the size of Houston)...I just don't get it...I don't even drink flavored coffee at Starbucks because they use those sugar-based syrups that just make me sick - just flavor the bean, that makes coffee sweet enough, in my opinion.
