Most people on the board hate Coldplay. I, on the other hand, think they're okay. I've heard a few songs... They're okay.

I need to get this Cd. I think they are brilliant. Maybe a tad overplayed but brilliant.

Yeah, the overwhelming consensus seems to be pretty anti-Coldplay. I enjoy them, got the new CD on Tuesday, and it's beginning to grow on me despite the fact that I didn't love it upon first listen (a couple of weeks ago). I've been listening to it at work, and while I like Parachutes and A Rush of Blood to the Head more, I think it's getting better. I like Fix You and Till Kingdom Come the best, thus far. They were the two that popped out to me on the first listen, and they both played really good live. Talk is also growing on me. I've got a pair of nosebleeds to see them at MSG in September. I'll be curious to see what songs they play. Funnily enough, it's been named the Twisted Logic tour, but they've yet to play it any of their buzz gigs/promo spots before the album release. Hmmm...
