Hi, there all! I was just wondering if anyone had any links to a website that has two person, women comedic scene that is roughly 3-5 minutes. I am doing this with my best friend and we are performing at the Fullerton Theatre Festival in California. And help would be fantastic. Thank you!
The Importance of Being Earnest "the tea scene". It's pretty funny if you make enough comedic choices.
I was going to suggest that scene too. I've seen it done very good, and i've seen it done horribly.
There's always The Odd Couple the female version. The only thing about The Importance of Being Earnest, is that it's a period piece with accents.

Tea Scene! Funniest scene ever for two girls!
Thanks so much for the suggestions! I will look into those!
I heart The Importance of Being Earnest... great play... I love how I can write my papers about it for AP English.
There's a really great scene (it's not from a play) called
"The Audition or Guilty in a Court of Love"
by Jeff Goode.
It's hilarious! It's about two girls who are roommates who show up to the same audition only to discover that one of them has stolen the other one's monologue. I used it as a scene for Irene Ryan competition two years ago. (And last year, two guys used it -- after doing some, ahem, illegal rewriting -- and ended up making it to Nationals). If you can find it, you'll love it. I might have a copy around here somewhere... if I do, I'll send you the scene and the source information.
ETA: Okay, it's in the book "Best Stage Scenes of 1997". (Smith and Kraus)
And I just found a copy of it online.

(aren't I awesome?)
In "Register Here" there's a part of 2 aging women who are best friends who get drunk alot during their stay at the inn, and it is SUCH a crowdpleaser when done correctly, there's a few parts of just themm you could look into.
