Comedic Song help!!

Hey all,

I need a comedic song for for a fake audition at school this week. The audition isn't till Friday, but we need the song choice by Monday. I am a baritenor (roughly E2 to G4, but the audition will happen at about 8am or so, so slightly lower would be fabulous)-- any ideas? So far, I've come up with nothing.

I have heard that some stuff from Best Little Whorehouse, Bells are Ringing... might be good? I don't have any access to those recordings at the moment, though.

I was originally going to do SHIKSA GODDESS from L5Y, but in this fake audition process, the newer composers are frowned upon, JRB, Sondheim, etc, as they tend to be complex.

Any help would be mucho appreciated!

i go to a performing arts high school half-day for musical theatre. we're in the process of an audition book workshop, where every week for six weeks, we come in with a completely new piece on monday, stumble through it with an accompanist, and then perform it on friday as if it were in an audition situation. so. it's a fake audition in that it's not to be cast, but it is graded..
