So I have been having a few computer issues-
1) my computer is not fully shutting down.
and
2) this thing popped on the screen when I started my computer tonight:
I looked it up to see if it was legit- and have not located a difinitive answer. My SpySweeper found nothing- and I called HP- and all I got was a person with a heavy accent reading some shpeal.
If I can't locate the problem- I am just going to take the tower to Best Buy on Thursday to have it fixed
Can anyone help me out, anyone know the problem or can forward this to somone who might know?
thanks.

It will then give you step by step directions on how to get rid of it. It involves deleting system files which can really mess up your pc if you delete the wrong ones, but the directions are usually pretty clear so its easy enough to do. If you don't feel comfortable with doing it yourself I recommend still d/ling that program and running it to see if there are any adware or spyware programs on your pc, making a list of them and then taking it to a repair place to get it fixed. (I used to work for Best Buy so I don't recommend them at all...Just sayin')

thanks-i scanned the comp using bazook- and nothing was detected.
Its not that I dont have antivirus/spyware proterction- i have plenty. But its not detecting any problems.
Is there a good place to take a computer to be fixed besides the geek squad, are they really not good?
