In this day of fleeting romance and disposable relationships, it is rare to see partnerships that go the distance. It's not easy to persevere and stick it out through all the changes and hardships life throws your way. Life partners/soulmates/spouses are a great gift in life and should be celebrated.
Congratulations to JohnBoy2 and his wife on their 30th wedding anniversary.

WOW! What an honor to be the topic of a thread. Thanks for the well-wishes! We are going back, for a few days, to where it all began, Philadelphia. We'll be taking-in a FLYERS game, a concert by The Philadelphia Orchestra and Women's Choir, a tour of The Philadelphia Museum of Art and other museums, a concert of chamber music, The Constitution Center, a boat ride on the Delaware; and, many delicious meals at some of Philadelphia's best restaurants! And, we'll be visiting a couple of my favorite bakeries (The Swiss Pastry Shop and Tirmini Brothers), as well as a soft-pretzel bakery or two! Naturally, a cheesesteak on South Street. Thanks again.
