This is heartbreaking. This guy lost all of his parents belongings after a contractor demolished their house that he owned. They didn't have an actual address and relied, only, on GPS. I'm not litigation happy in any way but I think this, particular, case warrents it. The house, itself, had to be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Add to the family heirlooms that were still inside. Furniture that was probably worth a pretty penny as well.
