I have no idea, but he did continue to fly.

His last 'tweet' seems so chilling considering he's dead:

People have said it on other sites, but it seems straight out of the Final Destination movies, the last of which... opened today. Very odd.

I know virtually nothing about the DJ scene, but I always kind of liked him for getting over his addiction and making a name for himself. This is really sad...I'd imagine having to be on strong painkillers after a plane crash could be, ah, triggering, to say the least.

He died from an overdose...

For his time in the public eye, he was clean after a long history of drug abuse, and that's what I thought was cool about him. I'm assuming the plane crash led to painkillers which led to addiction flaring up again. That's what makes this really sad, IMO.

Supposedly Nicole Richie (his ex-fiance) went into labour on the same day he died. Kind of poetic and bittersweet.

Plus, as scott68 mentioned - does seem pretty Final Destination, which coincidencely opened on the same day...
