Anyone fail to put a DSL filter on one of your phone lines and wonder why your DSL shuts down and then your realize it is your own damn fault????

Not really, I was just really embarrassed when I realized that I put a phone upstairs and forgot to put on a filter!

We've been installing DSL in some of the church buildings that have Family History Centers and it's always fun trying to be sure that all the extensions have a filter. We've had to backtrack a few times to catch one or two.

nah, but i once fixed my sister-in-law's internet troubles by taking one off the phone line going into her modem!

That is interesting. The DSL through a regular phone line has revolutionized broad band.
At our office we have a hard wired DSL - not a T1 thus very fast and cheap.
