Daniela's vs Robert Emmett's?

I'm taking my mom to NYC for Mother's Day and I want to take her to a restaurant she hasn't been to. I narrowed it down to these two because they're not overly far from the Broadhurst and look to have menus that can fit our needs (I'll be the only person in our group w/o some level of lactose intolerance). Has anyone had any good/negative experiences at either of these?

What about Angus McIndoe, or BECCO? I love BECCO (for the most part). Festive for Mother's Day..maybe mobbed...great 3 pasta special!

She's been to Angus before but I'll check out BECCO though pasta may be an issue since most sauce has cheese in it
