well, i FINALLY got my hands on the Capeman Album only to find a huge scratch all the way around. None of the cd works! i'm so pissed off! But i DID get First Lady suite! YAY!

why are you blaming the library? They certainly didn't scratch it. In fact your lucky to have a library with funds to purchase it, as funding for libraries is at an all time low.
Instead of DARN YOU LIBRARY, next tile the is a library bond issue on your local ballot, vote YES

hey at least the kid isn't downloading Napster-style!
But GUNN you bring up a good point...all of you out there with extensive cast recording and/or soundtrack collections, donate the ones you don't listen to EVER to your local library. Or leave the collection to them should you move (and don't want to pack them all) or in your estate. There's a generation out there where some students are willing to explore the genre!

And yes, I've been repeatedly horrified at the abuse people give to library books, CDs, and movies. But at least your library has what sounds like a very diverse collection of cast recordings.
