Posted: 2/25/05 at 8:12pmThanks 'melissa errico fan'. I was afraid I was the only one. The genre itself is not something I would normally jump at but after the first episode I was hooked. I just watched the last episode on DVD last night. Such a talented cast. Don't you think?

Posted: 2/25/05 at 8:17pmI'm the same way: Westerns don't interest me at all, but they put such a fresh and creative spin on them. The cast is fantastic, esp. Ian McShane and Robin Wiegert (sp?).

Posted: 2/25/05 at 8:25pmI completely agree. I was a bit skeptical about Timothy Olyphant at first, after only having seen him in "Go" and "Scream 2" (or 3?), but I have been pleasantly surprised by his performance. Besides my husband you may be the only person I "know" who watches the show. Hope it lasts.

Posted: 2/25/05 at 8:46pmI don't think you have anything to worry about. Just about everybody I know watches it. Plus, it's on HBO, which has the ability to nurture shows because it is a pay network. Plus, the reviews are raves and Mr. McShane just won the Golden Globe for Best Actor. This show should be around for a while.

Love the ****** show. It is ****** great. They are all ***********
The only character who did not curse, Wild Bill Hickcock, gets killed off midway thru Season 1
You have to ****** love it. Methinks it is more of a realistic portrait of living in the old west than Gunsmoke & Bonanza ever were
