re: Dear Yenta

Sueleen, how many advice columnists and therapists have only perfect, well-adjusted relationships of their own?

re: Dear Yenta

Sueleen.I didn't think you were being mean. Critical maybe. Firsdt off, I meant this to be a type of parody of Ann Landers or Dear Abby. But that is ok. Truthfully, I came from a very abusive childhood. It started at birth. I have spent the last 25 years " regrowing" to rise above that abuse. It is a work in progress that will go on until the day I die. I AM A SURVIVOR.

re: Dear Yenta

I agree with Yenta. I've become sort of the Dear Abby of my circle of friends, and it's because I've kind of "been there, done that". Wisdom comes from experience, not being lucky enough to have perfect relationships.

Dear Yenta,

No one likes me because I smell and I have a habit of cutting off people's ears.

How can I be popular?

Dear Yenta,

I have a, um, discharge. And it's, uh, green. And it's not, uh, coming from my nose. Should I see a doctor?

re: Dear Yenta

will Yenta's catch-all catchphrase be "wake up and smell the vodka"?

Dear Paradox: You smell and you cut off people's ears? That can be a challenge in today.s hygienic society. I suggest showering daily. It is more fun if you shower with a friend. As for the ear cutting..are you a distant relative of Vincent Van Gogh? You need a diversion sweetie! Think of some activity you would rather be doing. How about starting an extensive belly button lint collection? You could be collecting bellybutton lint from all over the world. You might even wind up in the Guiness Book of World Records...............Yenta

Dear Costume Mistress: You say you have a green discharge and it appears to embarrass you. Tell me; have you been engaging in unprotected cybersex? That could be the culprit. I suggest you see a doctor before you get back in the saddle again........Yenta

re: Dear Yenta

Dear Yenta, I have never been to New York and I am dying to go! I've tried making plans a few times but they've always fallen through. I am considering finding myself a sugar momma to pay my way. Do you have any advice on finding one?
My avatar is a reminder to myself. I need lots of reminders...

re: Dear Yenta

Dear son, Yenta does not approve of this sugar momma situation. Yes, New York can be expensive but you may have to take matters into your own hands. Do some odd jobs, save a little and before you know it, you will have money for your trip. Here are a few suggestions: Pick up soda cans and bottles.they are worth a nickel. Elderly people can always use a hand doing thing around their homes such as opening stuck jars.Check pay phones and vending machines for change that is left. Be a rearch subject for medical experiemntation. Have that lobotomy you have always wanted. These are just a few ideas. You should be able to earn enought money for your trip to NY. I will see you there in about 20 years..............Yenta
