Decade Day Tomorrow-Help

Ok, tomorrow's Decade Day for my cast, where we derss up as people from a decade. I don't know what to do! I have a flapper type hat-sparkly black pullover woven hat that's very 20's edque. I also have a vintage dress, but I don't know what decade it applies to. It looks kind of like the dress in the picture below, except that mine's navy blue with ivory, and mine's more vintage looking. Most of my clothes are very contemporary. If you can help, thanks! Also, I don't want to do 80s.

I think that dress would work for a flapper look. Do you have a long string of beads or pearls? That would help too....and a pair of Mary Janes or T-Straps (duh, you're in theatre, wear your character shoes! LOL) Get yourself a stretchy headband and a feather if you really want to go all the way!
