Here is an article about the relationship between the gay press and the DNC . What bugs me most is : Deputy finance director Julie Tagen then adds that she uses the Blade and other gay newspapers for “the bottom of the birdcage.”
If she had said the same thing about a black news paper or a jewish one she would have been fired.

My favorite line from the editorial is :

"If the Blade is the Fox News of gay journalism, then Howard Dean is the Gomer Pyle of politicians — a national laughingstock whose amateurish stewardship of the party puts the prospect of a Democratic victory in November in doubt when it ought to be a slam-dunk."

I'm shocked, SHOCKED to hear that the Dems are as homophobic as the Republicans.

I'll give the Republicans points for honesty: at least they're up front about wanting to exterminate us all.

Sorry, but I don't see how "honest" bigotry is in any way superior. "Vote Republican"? Not hardly.
