Look for a copy of Cavett's book appropriately called "Cavett" published circa 1970-71.
Turn to the pictures and there is a delicious one of Mister Dick in a snug bathing suit that launches thousands of ships...or at least fishing boats. He loves to snorkel off Montauk.
His interview with Kate was the first she ever gave for TV. Afterwards you couldn't get her off television.
