You know what that reminded me of? In Washington D.C., last time I checked, a huge majority of the popular vote (I think?) was for Kerry.

I heard it on good old NPR, but at the same time Kerry's home town endorsed Bush so it's even.

but isn't the population of DC largely African-American? That would explain the huge popularity of Kerry.
