Dinner and a movie...at the theatre!

Went to a delightful movie dinner theatre today that I discovered.
It's a regular movie theatre, except the rows are composed of stadium seating with a table top bar. Tables to the side are small round tables. Chairs are leather with arm rests and on wheels. A wait staff takes your order 20 minutes prior to the film and then you get served as the movie is beginning (during previews).
Reasonably priced food and movie prices are $4.50. They show slightly older movies: we saw Flags of Our Fathers but there was also Borat, Flushed Away, The Prestige, etc.
I'm going to reserve the place for my Tony Awards party this year!

I don't think this is the one he is talking about, but there is a place like that in Oakland, California---The Parkway Theatre.
THE PARKWAY SPEAKEASY THEATER - picture, pub, and pizza. And so much more.
The idea of combining a restaurant with a movie theater is not new. Actually they've been built all over the country and enjoyed great success. But The Parkway Speakeasy is the premiere theater of its kind in California (Our new location in El Cerrito, open in Fall of 2006, is the second!). Since its opening in 1997, the Parkway Speakeasy has enjoyed great local success and worldwide media attention.
Our extensive menu, features premium beers and wine and a wide variety of foods. Besides our specialty - delicious pizza, with assorted toppings - there is a tantalizing array of dishes to choose from as you relax in the casual luxury of each of our large auditoriums.
There are two theaters, upstairs and downstairs, and both feature extremely comfortable love seat sofas as well as cocktail lounge style tables and chairs designed for maximum coziness and convenience for your dining/viewing experience. The downstairs auditorium is wheelchair accessible.
Our selection of films is intentionally eclectic, featuring recent hits as well as classics, cult films, and special programs you won't see anywhere else. We literally have something for everybody and anybody. The cross-cultural complexity of our loyal audiences is testament to this simple fact.
