This is not meant as a comment on the discrimination that overweight people may face, but comparing it to racism isn't really logical.
You can't change the color of your skin unless you're Michael Jackson.

Exactly taz, no more than you can change your sexuality, or (For the most part) your gender.

Religious discrimination would have been a more logical choice.

I've seen similar studies in my research for one of my gender studies professors and I've always thought it was a spurious premise from the outset.
