Well, this was bound to happen eventually. I was hoping they'd play with Star Wars for a while before they took over the Indiana Jones Franchise.

Look out Star Trek!!!

I expected it to happen once they acquired 'Star Wars'. We'll see what they do with this franchise.

This was actually part of the original acquisition of Lucas Films last year. This just makes it official on Paramount's end. Nonetheless, it will be interesting to see if Disney can pull of a new Indiana Jones flick.

Not entirely sure, romantico. I just know Star Wars and Indiana Jones were the foregone conclusions. The details of the Lucasfilm acquisition ever released? I'll have to dig around and see if there is any kind of article outlining last year's acquisition.
