I saw "The Emperor's New Groove" with a friend of mine who swore up and down that Kronk was Disney's first gay character.
"All I can say is that, in the direct to video sequel, he'd better be sporting nipple rings!"
My friend didn't live to see the direct to video sequel and I haven't had the heart to watch it.

Aw, I'm sorry, SondheimBoy.
I always thought he was gay, too.
It was awesome. - theaterkid1015

I actually thought that the Beast as a Prince was too good looking.
Couldn't he have just been a nice looking guy?
It makes it seem like the message of the film is that you shouldn't let someone's appearance keep you from falling in love with him, because he's really gorgeous underneath all that fur.

Although Josh Strickland wasn't the classic look for Tarzan he is pretty cute and should definitely be on the list. If anyone has some good picks in his loincloth please post:)
As far as movies my vote is for Prince Eric.

Kronk falls in love with a woman named Ms Birdwell in Kronk's New Groove.
I remember days
Or at least I try
But as years go by
They're sort of haze
And the bluest ink
Isn't really sky
And at times I think
I would gladly die
For a day of sky
