#1Do People Introduce Themselves Here?
Posted: 11/5/07 at 7:48pmI just joined this board and not sure of the protocol. I'm relatively new to message boards. I've been a lover of theater for most of my life (a long time), as well as other aspects of the arts. Just wanted to say hello. I'm hoping to find some interesting conversation with other theater lovers here from time to time.

Posted: 11/5/07 at 8:01pmIt used to be Mrs. but, since Mr Noodleman passed a few years back, I've decided to be a Miss again. There's so much more potential for fun that way.
#9re: Do People Introduce Themselves Here?
Posted: 11/5/07 at 8:02pmIt's $450 now for the best "seats," Tazzy.

Absolutely, Miss Penny!
There's nothing convenient about BWW, unless you pay.

Ooops, I mean "restoration fee"!
Yeah, and as Taz mentioned, the "surcharge." We're up to about $525.00 now.
Mel Brooks should be so lucky.

I thought it seemed like a fun screen name, Mamie.
Renovation, restoration, it's all the same. After a certain age, whether it's a theater or a person, there are some things that can't be renovated and restoration is the only option.

Welcome to the jungle Miss Noodleman. It can get crazy around here, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
By the way, the new member checks can be paid in one lump payment and you can make the check out to KelRel. I'll make sure it gets to the right place.

Posted: 11/5/07 at 9:34pmSo far I count 12 on the welcoming committee. That's $6,300, but we're running a special right now, so we'll call it $6,000 even. Our treasurer, KelRel, accepts all credit cards (except Exxon Mobil) as well as PayPal.
