Time is now to start saving for the trip and planning to be there. It is also time to promote the march and urge others to be there. I have my reservations. Do you have yours?

Plus Cheyenne Jackson will be at the Kennedy Center on October 9. I hope to get one of those ticket!

I'm staying at the Sheraton National Hotel located at 900 South Orme Street, Arlington VA. I hope it's easily accessible!

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

My husband and I will be attending and plan to make our reservations soon.

I was at the Millennium March in 2000 and it was definitely an experience I'll never forget.

"If this is going to be a Christian nation that doesn't help the poor, either we have to pretend that Jesus was just as selfish as we are, or we've got to acknowledge that He commanded us to love the poor and serve the needy without condition and then admit that we just don't want to do it." -Stephen Colbert

OK, just switched hotels because I had Hilton Honors points to use. So now I'm at the Capital Hilton for free re: Do you have your plans made to be in DC for :National Equality March?
