Do you need housing in NJ?

I know this is a strange place to put this, but I figured why not...
I'm buying my parent's house in December/January (very excited about it) and am looking for a roommate or two to move in around then. I live in central NJ (right off exit 8 on the Turnpike) and it's OK for you to blast cast albums in the house. I have two bedrooms available that'll share a full bath. If you're interested in pricing or any other details, please let me know. You can be male or female, as long as you don't smoke and can pay the rent, I'll consider you.
