resentful of constantly being put on the defensive?
I'm speaking hypothetically, of course.

Posted: 7/10/06 at 6:14pmNope - I just ignore them (him). That makes them (him) all the more upset...

What if there are more than one, MJR? Like a little cult or something.
Hypothetically.

Well, personally I am talking about always having to defend what shows I like, coming to the defense of others when they share an opinon, etc. It was nothing towards a certain person.
Look, I am defending myself again.

They're the queens on fire - you're the oxygen. Take away the O2 and you've got nothing but a couple of spent queens....speaking hypothetically, of course.

You're right, MJR. But it's not always that easy to resist the bait.
From what I hear.

Posted: 7/10/06 at 7:09pmNo. Because, as Mary Poppins says, "I never explain anything." I think she also said, "Fu*k'em, if they can't take a joke."

Posted: 7/10/06 at 7:15pmI think spirited, healthy debates and differences of opinion are great. For the most part, people have been pretty nice to me here. For the motha-effin' LIFE of me, though, I will never understand why people take it so personally when your opinion differs from theirs. As in, are you deaf...how dare you hate Katharine McPhee or criticize some eleven year old on a reality show. Geez. I've always thought that snark is fine, strong opinions are great (especially if you can back them up with examples) and that, in fact. was the purpose of a discussion board, as long as people are respectful of their fellow posters.
