Well, personally I am talking about always having to defend what shows I like, coming to the defense of others when they share an opinon, etc. It was nothing towards a certain person.

I think spirited, healthy debates and differences of opinion are great. For the most part, people have been pretty nice to me here. For the motha-effin' LIFE of me, though, I will never understand why people take it so personally when your opinion differs from theirs. As in, are you deaf...how dare you hate Katharine McPhee or criticize some eleven year old on a reality show. Geez. I've always thought that snark is fine, strong opinions are great (especially if you can back them up with examples) and that, in fact. was the purpose of a discussion board, as long as people are respectful of their fellow posters.
