Does anyone ever read signatures?

Just a question. If you have picked the option of being able to read other's signatures do you actually look at them or not? I know it's kind of random but I'm really working hard on updating my sig every time that I'm in BWW chat, which thread I'm currently checking and everything like that. Is that just a waste of time or not?

i only read them if they're SHORT. like yours, for example ... no offense, but i would NEVER read all that ...

I read many of them. But, just for the record, I've not read yours. It's too much.

re: Does anyone ever read signatures?

Well, yes, I read it; but, why did you shorten it? I was only answering your question, not telling you what to do.

re: Does anyone ever read signatures?

I would never read a signature that's more than one line. That's not a signature, it's an essay. A signature should be short, sweet and to the point.

And anyway, I have them off so I can't see any sigs anymore. It clutters up the board. JMO re: Does anyone ever read signatures?

re: Does anyone ever read signatures?

I only read them if I can read them at a glance... longer are ok if they're funny and engage from the beginning. Multiple paragraphs are ignored by me.

re: Does anyone ever read signatures?

My signatures are just quotes, really. I read a signature if it's "eye-catching". If it's this big block of text, I'll skim right over it.
This is my signature.

re: Does anyone ever read signatures?

Nope, unless someone else points them out or something. I'm here for the messages; besides, how many times can you read the same old quotes?

Sometimes...

I don't have any special criteria that makes me read a sig. Just if I happen to start reading one...

re: Does anyone ever read signatures?

No, because some have no self control. Why waste my time scrolling through their insecurity.

And heaven knows I have enough trouble attempting to decipher some of the post.

THE CAKE IS SO PRETTY!

And, sometimes I'll read them. Not often. Though, BSo's intrigues me, the part at the bottom though.
Well, I'm glad he got away with it.

re: Does anyone ever read signatures?

If its a quote, i first see the source, if i like it, ill read it.
Some plp just use it for advertisement, which i dont mind.

re: Does anyone ever read signatures?

If your signature is longer than your actual post...It's a waste.

There's no need to for several quotes, or monolouges....
