I just went to a brand new one, and it was like the harps were playing and the angels were going "Ahhhhh". It was beautiful. I wept. Does anyone feel that Super Target is like dying and going to retail heaven?

Well it is better than WallyWorld

"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere. Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen." Conan O'Brien

So long as it is not Wal-Mart, go ahead and spend away.

It is ridiculous to set a detective story in New York City. New York City is itself a detective story... AGATHA CHRISTIE, Life magazine, May 14, 1956

From all accounts, the wages Target pays its employees are considerable better than Wal-Mart's. I had a friend who used to work full time at Target, and he was able to actually live off it. And Target's not known for telling its employees during orientation how to apply for public assistance and food stamps.
