I just received a postcard from DP. He loved Scotland and wants to go back there after leaving Lourdes, France. He is well and told me to say hello to everyone on the board.

I'm presently in Glasgow and rather disappointed in the city. Everything here needs a good sand blasting. I've never seen so much grime in my life! Am off to Perth today, where I will visit Scone Palace and (hopefully) Birnum Wood. I'll be flying home on Friday.

Enjoyed my visit to the Scone Palace and was THRILLED to actually
meander the Birnum Woods and climb a portion of Dunsinane Hill. My only regret is that I couldn't get to the Isle of Iona, where the historic Macbeth and his fair lady are buried.
