I got an email earlier from DOES IT MATTER (jaredstgelais@yahoo.com) offering me tickets to the opening of Woman in White tonight.
I told him I'd be there in 15 minutes (6:00) and that I was leaving to come pick them up. He would be waiting at the Starbucks outside the Marquis theatre in a Ragtime the Musical jacket.
Well, I got there and was standing outside like a shmuck for 30 minutes waiting.
Well, did not show up.
I just checked my email and got this as a reply...
"nevermind, so sorry, i found someone up the street whos interested and were meeting in 2 minutes...sorry......"

what am i supposed to do, keep my computer on while i'm on the subway and expect to get a signal so i know the tickets aren't mine?
i mean, i said i'd be there.
