i have heard mixed reviews about the movie
Door in the Floor.
Is it good? and is it worth seeing Kim Basinger in it?
I am not myself, but i become a character in itself, to only hope that my transformation is not of me, but of whom i characterize myself to be..

Posted: 8/23/04 at 4:28pmIt's GREAT. One of the best EVER. GO GO GO GO GO. I'm serious. I can't remember seeing a work of fiction that riveting onscreen in a very long time. And of course your girl DM has a small role.

Oh I second that. SUCH a good movie- made me think and feel and touched me deeply.
And yeah, Donna Murphy is in it and she is SO adoreable there. :)

DM does have a small role in it.
but i kinda want to see it because of Kim Basinger.
and i like Jeff Bridges in Seabiscuit

Kim Basinger is very good in it, and so is Jeff Bridges. But, I must warn you- their characters are two broken people (especially Basinger's), and that is not easy to watch.
That being said, the movie is amazing and their acting is superb, so I do recommned it.
