Dry Skin

I have this very small dot of dry skin on the edge of my lip. Could this be a cold sore? It's a little red and dry...doesn't seem to be anything major but someone looked at it anyway when I asked and mentioned a cold sore...just a little worried because I read it isn't curable...I know no one can give a diagnosis but just asking for assurance.

cold sores hurt like Hell.....if it doesn't hurt or itch, then it probably isn't.

Cold sores DO heal....it's just the herpes simplex virus that goes dormant.

Well it doesn't hurt or itch, no fluid inside...not bleeding...so yeah...my guess was just a tiny patch of dry skin.

most likely....keep an eye on it.......if it gets worse, or doesn't go away see your doctor.......trust me, if you ever get a cold sore, you'll know.

I had like a week ago dry skin a the edge of my lip, it wasnt red all I did was keep washing my face and it wnt away

there's this stuff from a brand called "got2b" i use called "pore me" that helps clear up dry patches, also dove does wonders for dry skin.
