Can anyone reccomend a restaurant to eat at on East 44th Street. Italian or bar and grill type food if possible. Thanks.

Well, East 45th was just too far north, and East 43rd just that much too south.

And West 44th? Do I need to even say it?

West 44th is right near Avenue Q and is perfectly fine, thank you very much. (Though West 41st is still my favorite street.)
