She's pushing 80. It takes her the better part of a day to answer the phone. She heard about the rumor, had to have it repeated several times, then explained to her. She had to find her glasses, then make her way to the computer, then remember what she went to the computer for, then try to remember her twitter password, then...
It's hell getting old.
