im sure this post has been up a few times...
but i was just curious on who thought elphaba and glinda should be played by if a movie ever came out??
im not sure about elphaba but for glinda definatly REESE WITHERSPOON. some people think she doesnt hae the voice, but who would of thought she would of kicked ass as June Carter and she even won the oscar! that girl can do anything!!!

She doesn't have the operetic role. I know she said she'd love to see a film made of the show, but wouldn't do the role because she isn't capable.
On a side note, i heard she got $29 Million for her next role. That is an ass load of money.

a) the $29 mil rumor is false
b) Reese has since stated that the only way she'd star in a Wicked adaptation is if it's of the book. Not the musical.

i would love to see her in the role in a movie version of the show...too bad she cant do opera... but hey, maybe she will suprise everyone again with a new hidden talent! :)
as for elphaba... i dont know... idina?
i dont really know, but there wont be a wicked movie for a looooooong time...
