Emcee's avatar: the Drama Queen - what's he saying?

So, my avatar. It's been getting more than just a few comments. You know, things like "he looks like he's....!"

I'm also bored, and in need of a laugh, so, I thought it would be fun to let y'all play around and come up with just what you think he might be saying/doing, regardless of the real context, because that's far less exciting than what you guys can come up with.
