Posted: 5/1/06 at 9:43pmI just got cast to preform this song at a dinner theater thing. And I'm a very VERY weak actor. All though I'm almost certain I could sing the hell out of it I'm a little nervous. I've never seen a Staged version of the show so I might be wrong could a non-actor pull it off?
I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

The way the song is written leaves very little room for interpretation, let the lyrics come out and affect you and just let loose. Be angsty

Posted: 5/1/06 at 11:42pmJust throw as much passion into it as you possibly can. It is typically performed with a lot of emotion, but without the rest of the show (ie the death of all the schoolboys, etc.) the audience probably won't need all the hysterics and tears. As long as your passionate, the lyrics will get you through it! =)

Posted: 5/2/06 at 6:56amInterestingly enough I can cry on cue. It's what I do between that start of the song and the crying is what I'm worried about.
