Who cares what the jackasses think? The skit was fabulous. Don't spend so much time being hypersensitive to criticism. If you're looking for it, you'll always find it.

Well,that didn't take long. I'm sure Sarah Palin and Ted Nuggent will chime in by the end of the day. Liza,it's not the criticism it's how petty they are. They will complain over ANYTHING. They at times REALLY HAVE TO DIG in order to find something so minor and lame that it becomes a joke itself. If it were anyone credible I'd be upset. It's always the same group of racists and bigots.

Following their mid-90s decline, SNL was great in the late 90s. So you must mean the early 80s or mid-to-late 2000s.

I love that Michelle was in the skit. I hate the skit--I always have and would prefer if they used her in a different one (I appreciated that she wanted to promote her healthy lifestyle.) I would have preferred the soap opera fake hands making a healthy pizza... or something.
