Apparently the interior of Mr. B Singer's dwelling is pink. Not his color of choice and he needs suggestions for alternate colors.
Can fellow BWWers help him out of this dilemma?

Let's be actually helpful here, gang.
I have good access to Janovic paints.
go with light blue on the walls.
I say a mocha latte
My room is red so I always go for rich, dark colors.
Actually, these are all good choices. I do love red (at least as a clothing color) and I've always thought a nice brown would do...plus, one of my favorite colors is indeed blue...oy, you people! Be persuasive!
you could do white at the center of the ceiling, faded to a pale, pale, blue as it gets toward the walls, and as it goes down the walls, gets darker... kind of like an ocean... pale at the surface, darker the farther down you go.

I thought bwaysinger's color would be GREEN...
*pokes Matt in the eye*
That color is only for Elphapug.
One wall done in a cinnamon color and the others done in either a nice soft sage or lemon.

My eyes are similar in color, Beac.
mocha... you'd be living in chocolate.... :)
WHAT'S WRONG WITH PINK?
Well, as I am not ghetto Barbie (although I am close)...I do like the chocolate idea...
I love the ocean fade idea, but I don't know. I would have to see it before I was 100% on it. Warmer colors give a nice cozy feeling. Maybe paint the ceiling a nice beige and then do the walls in a warm mocha color, the trim in the same beige as the ceiling. And Addy there is nothing wrong with Pink, nothing at all

i've always wanted to do a light teal with very light yellow on the ceiling.
my room is medium khaki (tan) and medium-light blue.
I think the pink has to go, Bway...It must feel like you're living in a Pepto Bismol bottle...
I'd go with the ocean blues, too... Matches your eyes and it'll gives you that "cool" feeling...sort of like a Louisiana morning...
what's wrong with pink :P?
I don't like the chocolate idea, at all. Go for a muted teal, with white, white wood.
Well, I do like the blue...I'm just wondering what I should do with the molding around the closets/mirror (I have two closets) and the door...white? Another color altogether?
I'll probably keep the ceiling white.
paint the molding as you paint the walls.
c'mon bway.. go for the muted chocolate idea... you know you want to...
don't keep the ceiling white. everyone has white ceilings. be a trendsetter. paint it a different color!
I think I should just have a room viewing, where people can come by and check it out.
I'll have a special, private viewing for Cookie.
