I plan on purchasing it, but I read somewhere that it will be broadcast on TV as well. Does anyone know about this?

I'll pass. Bowling for Columbine was all the Michael Moore I needed to last a lifetime. And I realized I didn't need him at all. If the film gets people thinking and questioning our government and its role in the related events, great. I'm all for that. If it leads people to believing his opinions rather than analyzing the facts and forming their own opinions, then it makes me sad.

Unfortunately, too many people do exactly that. That is why a film like this can be as harmful as it is helpful. In the case of Bowling for Columbine, Moore would present only the facts and numbers that created the most dramatic effect, but leave out tons of important data because it simply did not fit into his agenda. Therefore, while the facts he presented were true, the public only receives a small portion of the truth that he wishes to reveal. He is very manipulative.

Well Mister matt, you want to hear another point of view, go see a movie made by someone else. Michael Moore has always been clear that he stands by the facts in the film and that the opinions are his. If it causes people to ask questions, he's happy.
