FNBODirect, ING, GMAC or E-trade Savings Account Experience?

Well my interest bearing checking account is sucking wind - WAMU interest rates are crap and so I thought it might be time to look elsewhere for a savings account (I like wamu for checking, etc though).

Anyone have any good/bad/info on savings accounts at

GMAC
ING
E-Trade
or FNBO Direct

All god decent ratings/reviews and are FDIC insured. Just thought someone on here might have some experience to share for the better or worse...

I've been using ING for a few years - great interest and have had nothing but a good experience with them.

Just looked it up, apparently I've had an ING savings account since 2003 (wow). No complaints.
