I'm currently working on a movie that requires a knife scene in which a character plunges a knife into another. Anyone know where I can get a fake knife that doesn't look fake?

There are great prop shops in the City, a few good ones in Chelsea. Start checking the high end costume shops first.

Speaking of, did you see the "Scissors" scene in Die Mommie Die? It was hysterical.

I'm nowhere near NYC but I did find a theatrical store hereabouts. I shall check it out and see what it has.

Get a real one, but use a stand-in.
