Yeah, Jon...that's apparently how he calms stage nerves. At the Carnegie Hall concert, he lost his balance and nearly fell of his stool. Alex Borstein then made a couple of comments that she was drinking water, while giving Seth a look that seemed to say, "Wish you'd drink water, too..." She's worried about him, too.
