“... this effort will act as a deterrent, persuading people to avoid driving while intoxicated because they know that police officers will be conducting sobriety testing with or without driver’s consent.”

Texas may have the most deadliest roads, but I don't think this is going to be the best way to handle it.

I don't like this one bit. As a lawyer once told me, "Never agree to take the test. After all, it's THEIR test."
