I looked at my (hurriedly) compiled list, and I know I missed so many that I love. I would watch the British shows over most American shows anytime! (There are exceptions, of course!)

And the first mini-series of Poldark is scheduled for March 2, 2010 (16 episodes, 821 minutes of lusciousness!) at a 69.98 list. Includes cast filmographies and historical portrait of Cornwall. I can't wait!!!! (I already marked it in my dvd calendar)

Which Brideshead? Original or remake?

The original miniseries. The 2008 film wasn't bad, but it doesn't hold a candle to the original series.

Have recently been watching "Beatiful People" and love it.

Also "The Kumars..."

Anything with French and/or Saunders.

To add to my list:

Waking the Dead (British Cold Case)
Judge John Deed (love Martin Shaw)

I wish Netflix would get the latter seasons of the first one on their books; they only have the first three series, and I've now seen them all.

Netflix doesn't have the latter show at all.

I also forgot the Prime Suspect series. I love those!

I'm totally obsessed with bbc dramas and miniseries. I've seen them all. My favorites mini movies are The Forsyte Sage, Sense and Sensibility, and North and South. But Bleak House, Pride and Prejudice, State of Play, Our Mutual Friend...gosh, I really love all of them. I've never seen a bad one.

As for shows, I'm all about Dr. Who. Omg, I used to be so obsessed with Dr. Who, lol
