If You Could Describe Cruel_Sandwich In One Word, What Would It Be?

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

I still don't understand why there's such a fixation on HIM - as compared to the other lunatics in this assylum?!?!?

Including YOU, 'Capn' . . .

Which was your all-time favorite "I hate Cruel, he drives me crazy" thread?

It's just so hard to choose.

They're all so well-written and thought-provoking.

oh I don't think anyone really hates Cruel, best.....just most of us are tired of the whiny "woe is me" and "feel sorry for me" and "pity me" threads that are constantly posted.

I mean we all do that once in a while, but he's tried to make it into an art form, and frankly I've never apprciated bad art.
