Posted: 10/7/05 at 6:52pmsame here but I have braces so I can't eat them. I've tried doing that and it ripped out part of the wire. So other than tootsie rolls my favorite candy is starbursts (which I can eat), three musketeers, and milky way.

THANK YOU ELPHABA!!
I thought I was the only one who noticed the difference in the taste. My niece gave me one of hers and I nearly gagged.
And the sames goes for PEZ! Did it always taste like chalk? Did we just not care when we were kids?

Posted: 10/7/05 at 8:37pmIsn't the only "Halloween" candy, candy corn? What makes everything else Halloween candy, when you can eat it all year long?

The ONLY thing that makes it different is that some of it comes in cute little boxes, such as my aforementioned Milk Duds and Junior Mints.
But yes...the rest are already available in the "bite size" variety bags now.
Bite size, my ass. Just makes me eat another and another and another until I'm satisfied.

Those horrible "peanut butter kisses" in the orange or black wax paper, are only seen around Halloween. They are what the really cheap people gave out to trick-or-treaters.
I like candy corn mixed with peanuts!

Posted: 10/7/05 at 10:12pmI'm weird. I really don't eat candy. If I do, it's a piece of chocoolate occasionally, such as a hershey bar or a peanut butter cup. That's about it.
