Her Weight Watchers contract expired years ago.

It didn't help that she was smoking throughout the video. Everyone knows that only the bad guys smoke cigarettes in movies.

She should have been smart and saved the ephemera. She was part of a Weight Watchers photo shoot where the tagline was something like "Losing weight is easier than running from the paparazzi." Not long after that, Princess Diana died and Weight Watchers quickly pulled the ads. One of those ads with Fergie's signature could make her an Ebay High Seller.

And she's not promising anything more than 'access' to people. She never promises anything to anyone.
